Hi,

Just installed the Webmail extension and its Yahoo component.
Seems to work fine, except for the following:
I have been given a Yahoo Small Business email account to use. When
one "activates" the accounnt Yahoo Small Business asks that you link
it to a Yahoo ID if oyu already have one; or create a new one to link
that email account to.

I linked it to a Yahoo ID I already had.

While I can see the emails using Yahoo's web interface, when setting
up the account in Thunderbird to use with Webmail Extension, it
downloads and reads only the emails from the "linked" Yahoo ID--and
NOT the Small Business account.

It must be due to how Yahoo set's up the "link", etc.

I have added the domain name (e.g. mydomain.com) as a supported domain
in the Yahoo Component.

Has anyone ever encountered this problem? Any ideas if this can be
fixed?

i have a paid account with att/yahoo and the merged yahoo account
converts to a premium account so if yours works the same you wouldn't
need to use webmail. use regular pop setup .

I guess I was trying to do a "fake" IMAP setup where all the emails
would be seen through TB but also stay on Yahoo's server available
through Yahoo's web interface when needed....

i totally ignorant about using IMAP, but suspect that like POP3, you
could set it to leave your messages on the server
