Figured Out How to Make Hotmail Work Again After Getting Negative Vibes Error

Hmm, thought I posted this, but apparently not. If the other post
comes up then sorry for the repeat post.
The posts about logging into Hotmail and dealing with a screen that
popped up before continuing to your inbox gave me clue. To fix the
negative vibes error you need to set your Hotmail account to go
directly to the mailbox rather than to the "Today Page".
To do this hit "Options/More Options/Customize Your Mail/Today Page
Settings". Hit the toggle that reads ,"Skip the Today page and take
me straight to my inbox" and then hit the "Save" button. Webmail/
Hotmail should now work in Thunderbird after that.

Thanks guys. After finding and posting this it looks like this has
been discussed in the forum before (search on "Today Page"). I'd like
to suggest the Webmail/Hotmail author add this to the "How To" PDF
linked to in here -->
