Okay, I was getting negative vibes messages as well, and here is what
I did to get it working again:

First, I refreshed my password (changed to something else, and then
back again.) but I don't think it affected anything. I still got same
messages.

I tried the various modes (New Classic, Production, Beta) and still no
joy.

Updated Yahoo Webmail to 1.0.4.b13 from a link found in a message
elsewhere in this forum. But, still no joy even after trying various
modes.

Took a really close look (again) at yahoo's mail page (no problems
logging in through web interface), and noticed that there was indeed a
new version (link was located at top of page near center of page).
Clicked on that, shutdown TBird, and restarted TBird.

Changed mode from new classic (didn't work) to Production (didn't work
either) and then to Beta.

Lo and Behold, 1 of 180 messages began to slam through the pipe.

So, try the above and see if it works for you. If it does, great. If
it doesn't, then I don't know what to say or what else to do.

BTW, I did clear out the log files, some odd 600 entries totaling more
than 800MBytes. That was done a couple of days ago, and shouldn't
have affected anything, but I did do it, and it might play a tiny part
in my success of getting everything working again.

TBird 1.0.0.18
WebMail 1.3.2
Webmail Yahoo 1.0.4.b13

Enjoy!

Hi there. I'm just getting into this discussion and not very well
versed in Thunderbird. But, I am trying to learn. As of last night,
I started getting the negative vibes thing from Yahoo and it has not
gone away. I am getting confused and need to clarify:

What setting do I need to have on my T-bird? Production/Beta/New
Classic?

And, which do I need to have on yahoo.com? The "classic/old" site or
the new way? And, what is up with this Yahoo Anti Spam Image?

Thank you!

Heyy Guys

I got it to work simply by changing the web yahoo mail to the classic
version and selecting the production website in the webmail yahoo
addon options.

Cheers!!
