Manual tests and dry runs?

Hi,

We've been using serenity from a long time and it's great, but still can't figure out two things.

1. How to run tests in dry run mode? I've tried setting it everywhere with dry.run=true but without success. 

2. With the latest releases the report shows manual tests with specific tag and an icon which is great! The only thing we miss is the ability for execution of those tests. Is there a way to manually execute them and mark them as passed/failed in the report?

Also another thing (not important, but still an issue): How to use my package structure as stories structure in the report? I saw the property serenity.test.root but I can't get it working too. Maybe i'm doing something wrong.
