Job/Task Description 1 To design a new webpage focused on people that
want to study abroad;
Job/Task Description 2 To create a system of online registration for
our clients. This system will be recorded in a database;
Job/Task Description 3 To design promotional materials for events and
to assist with the organization of the events;
Job/Task Description 4 To keep updated the websites of the company and
the events.

Measurable results expected from the intern 1. Design, implementation
and maintenance of the websites; 2. Design, implementation and
maintenance of the online registration system.
Key learning points that the intern might obtain during the internship
Implementation of projects that will give a new identity to our
company; Knowledge of the process of organizing events.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival To search about
study abroad websites , specially from study abroad agencies. To look
at our websites. It's necessary the trainee had had a preparation
about Brazilian culture, differences between his/her country and
Brazil and, if he/she has not been AIESEC Member, he/she must have a
preparation about AIESEC Identity.
Additional information which a potential candidate may require for the
internship www.bmimedia.net / The company had 3 trainees of AIESEC and
the new trainee will transition to the current trainee (Maria Clara
Tamayo - mariaclara.tamayo @ aiesec.net). The payment/salary will be
in local currency (Real): The trainee will receive R$ 1100.00 plus R$
150.00 for food. The trainee will be in contact with more than 10
trainees of AIESEC who are working in the city.
