Floor Care and Small Appliences is one of business sectors of Electrolux and the world leader in vacuum cleaners. The sector handles also group's activities in small domestic applienaces (irons, coffee, makers etc).

        

The intern will:         

                
  • Be part of HR team of Floor Care & Small Appliances, but daily will be support both Marketing and HR Teams,
  •             
  • Daily support Marketing Team on operational activities (meetings and events coordination, management of office suppliers)
  •             
  • Support Floor Care and Small Appliances in dailly internal communication,
  •             
  • Be actively involved in HR opreational activities (update organization charts, coordinate an employee attitude survey, manage Hr tools and databases).
  •         
        

Candidates Requirements:

        
                
  • The person has a bachelor degree in Business Administration with an interest in HR (or a last year student),
  •             
  • An attentative and precise person,
  •             
  • A self-motivated, energetic and service minded person,
  •             
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowrPoint,
  •             
  • Interested to work in a trully international environment.
  •

5. Go to www.MyAIESEC.net – Exchange - EP Menu -“Search Available GEP TNs”. Select TN ID of TN you apply for OR select apply for GEP TN at the buttom of the TN form

        

6. Select your EP form

        

7. Go to Survey and fill in the Survey (you will need to upload your application package there)

        

8. After you finish filling in the survey your application is submitted. You will receive notification to your e-mail/system inbox with confirmation of submitting the application and next steps of the process

Job/Task Description 1 Supporting in a proactive way the FCSA team on a daily basis (for ex. organizing meetings and events, managing office's suppliers)
Job/Task Description 2 Supporting FCSA in internal communication (for ex. Announcements)
Job/Task Description 3 Be actively involved in HR activities, projects and processes (ex. Induction program for new employee, Employer attitude survey, Organization Charts, work environment issues, change mgmt projects)

Measurable results expected from the intern Use the opportunity to understand the organisation, the basics of both Assistant and HR roles, to jump into diverse activities , with both operational and strategic impact, and to support us in getting things done in the best way.
