VideoLAN official mirror timeout

Hi there,

I'm a maintainer of TUNA mirror site.

Since 2014-12-23 CST, we cannot rsync from rsync.videolan.org because of connection timeout. Is it a server issue?

Indeed we have an issue with our main mirror server. We're currently
working on restoring it on other hw platform, and will move the rsync
server to a new address.

There is no ETA currently.
