Crucial Conversations workshop

Hi all,

Just a reminder that there is a workshop being run on Saturday 16th of
October at 12:45-16:30pm, at the South Melbourne Town Hall, 210 Bank
Street, South Melbourne, about "Crucial Conversations" - negotiation
and conflict resolution in situations with high stakes, opposing
