Toastmasters Web Site:
Temporary Limited Functionality
To pave the way for exciting new enhancements, sections of the Toastmasters
Web site will undergo periodic closures beginning January 26, 2011. Please
note the important dates listed below so that you can plan ahead.
January 26, 2011 - 11:59
p.m. (PST)
- My Profile
Members will not be able to access this area until February 14, 2011.
In addition, new accounts cannot be created during this time.
- Club/District
Business sections
Club and district officers will not be able to access their business
sections of the Web site. Officers will not be able to pay dues, add
new members, add educational awards or update club officer or meeting
information until these sections return to functionality February 14,
2011. As a result, no New Member Kits will be processed until the
section is reopened, although select new member materials are
available on the Web site here.
- Online
Store
The online store will be closed until January 29.
- Charter
clubs
Charter club applications
will not be processed until February 14, 2011
January 29, 2011 - 9 a.m.
(PST)
- The online
store will be reopened and you will be able to purchase most items.
Unfortunately, engraving will not be available until February 14.
February 10, 2011 - 11:59

The online store will be

a.m. (PST) All Sections Open for Business
All sections of the Web site
will re-open for business with exciting new functions. The planned upgrades
to the Toastmasters Web site will provide an improved online experience for
everyone:
- The Online
Store
An enhanced interface will allow members to order engraving on
products more simply and easily. Please note that Express Handling
will not be available for online store purchases until February 21.
- My Profile
Profiles can now be viewed and updated.
- Club/District
Business sections
Club and district leaders will enjoy three major improvements as a
result of the Web site upgrades:
- Club
officers will be able to add dual and reinstated memberships online.
- Speech
Contest Kits will be available for purchase to download
electronically in the very near future.
- Districts
can place orders online.
Thank you in advance for
your patience. Special thanks for the numerous Toastmasters members and
leaders who volunteered their time to test the site over the past few
weeks, so you can be sure that your experience with the changes to the Web
site will be exceptional.
