A last minute reminder to all members about our fantastic workshop on "Crucial Conversations" a session that helps you with those awkward discussions involving Opposing opinions, high stakes situations, and subjects that have strong emotions attached. Please circulate this to your interested members.
At last I have the flyer up on the District website with all the details, http://www.d73.toastmasters.org.au/members/2010Crucial.html . I think you will find this a very interesting and very helpful workshop, please bring a friend if you have someone that would love to be a better communicator in these situations. This is of benefit to everyone, not just Toastmasters.
