[thruk] Thruk v3.22 released

Dear List,

Thruk 3.22 has been released with lots of bugfixes and performance improvements.
Feature development mostly happened in the Agents and Node-Control plugin.

Here is the full changelog:

- add UnsafeAllow3F for Ubuntu packages

already updated. New OMD-Labs packages are also available.
