Subject: Repo: ConSol or openSUSE
Which repository should I be using if I want both Naemon and Thruk installed? I'm using the openSUSE repo  for Ubuntu 18.04. I noticed that my version of Thruk seems to be stuck at 2.38.

Is naemon-thruk and thruk-base in conflict with one another? As far as I can tell, I got thruk-base from the openSUSE report but it's not in the latest one here: https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/naemon/xUbuntu_18.04/

I have the following installed:

i  libnaemon                                                   1.2.4-1                                                            amd64        Library for Naemon - common data files

Hi,

you can use both repositories, they contain the same software releases. Just checked the 18.04 obs repository
and it has the latest 2.42-2 release. Maybe it took a while to be updated.

Regards,
Sven

Thank you. After further investigation, I found I had installed ( for some reason I cannot remember ) the Thruk packages local instead of through APT. After removing the packages, I could use APT to install/update to the latest version.
