Hello,

We're experiencing issues with concurrent editing in Thruk. Several team members configure hosts and services simultaneously, and on some occasions, they've been making changes to the same host or service at the same time.

This creates problems when the configurations conflict. Does Thruk include any mechanism to lock a host or service while it's being edited, so that another user at least receives a warning?

Best regards.

Hi,

there is no build in lock, because you can also edit files from the command line. Thruk tries hard to avoid conflicts, but if two people
change the same object in the same file, then you get a conflict and have to resolve it manually.

Cheers,
Sven
