Error: 500: socket error - reading header from socket failed

NagiosXI 5.9.1

I'm attempting to setup Thruk with 4 nagiosXI servers. The same configuration works great in the test environment. But when moved to production, I get the following error from each nagiosXI server:

Error: 500: socket error - reading header from socket failed: Connection reset by peer (nagios_IP):6557.

Any ideas or comments are appreciated.
