Hi,

I am using nagios along with thruk admin on CentOS Linux release 7.9.2009 (Core)

/usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg

I used htpasswd /etc/thruk/htpasswd thrukadmin to reset thrukadmin username and currently I am facing account is locked, please contact an administrator

Hi,

I am seeing the below information in /var/log/thruk/thruk.log logs.

[2022/03/19 03:38:32][nagios-monitoring-1][INFO] [login][thrukadmin][?] login attempt for locked account thrukadmin on /thruk/#cgi-bin/status.cgi?host=all from 14.18.113.6
[2022/03/19 03:38:53][nagios-monitoring-1][INFO] [login][thrukadmin][?] login attempt for locked account thrukadmin on /thruk/#cgi-bin/status.cgi?host=all from 14.18.113.6

I have used the below command to reset the new password for thrukadmin, but it still reports account is locked, please contact an administrator 

htpasswd /etc/thruk/htpasswd thrukadmin 

Please suggest further.

Try remove Line "locked" in json file /var/lib/thruk/usées/thrukadmin
