ReportGenerator Error

Hi,

I am trying to generate code coverage reports in latex using reportgenerator. I can use the gcovr tool just fine and the html output looks great but when I try to run the reportgenerator tool I get the below message. I made sure I installed dotnet as well as reportgenerator.

Maybe I am missing something from the yml file? The command I use is ceedling gcov:all utils:gcov
