The glory days of Dance Dance Revolution and its imitators have long gone by. With the newest generation of motion gaming tech, dance mats have been banished to the attic in favour of much more engaging, enjoyable methods of play; the rhythm genre having witnessed a sudden rise in popularity as instrument-based titles such as Guitar Hero and Rock Band have slowly declined.
Outside of the main game, you can also create your own dance routines for each song. No matter how bizarre or frantic as long as your motions can be traced by the PlayStation Eye they can be converted into gestures for other players to mimic.

Star Dance Center is currently offering Paint With Me Dance Parties for up to 12 children! Children will be given a hands on painting instructor to help them paint a canvas that they take home! The fun doesn't stop there, it wouldn't be a Star Dance party without the dancing!
Party Timeline:
Each party is two hours in length. The first 50 minutes of the party is painting time, children paint their canvas led by the party coordinator. The following 50 minutes is dedicated to dancing with one of our amazing dance instructors! The last 20 minutes of party time is cake and Happy Birthday celebrations!
All children participating in the party MUST be 5 years and up. We cannot make any exceptions to the minimum age for this event. The studio is closed during parties, therefore the lobby area is available for any parents, siblings, etc. who would like to remain at the party, but not participate.
I will apologize right up front loud and clear for the quality (the lack of quality) of the pictures. These were taken with a cell phone just for fun, before blogging was even on my radar. I hope even with the grainy quality of many of them, you still enjoy them. And I hope maybe you get some ideas for your Star Wars party!
