I just found this recipe on Cooks.com and had to share.  I think it just may be the easiest dinner ever....unless you count ordering in. Quick and easy to throw together, few ingredients and very little thought. Need I say more?

I made it tonite for dinner and served it over rice. The kids loved it (except Rosie who is bordering on a vegan). I bet this would work in a crock pot too. Thanks to being a coupon queen, I had everything I needed in the pantry.

This was the perfect meal for a busy night.

You're welcome.

STEW MEAT STROGANOFF

1 1/2 to 2 lb. stew meat
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. water
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Cover, bake 2 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. Add 1 cup sour cream before serving over rice or noodles.
