Help: jQuery.event.drag 2.0 does not work with jQuery1.7.1

when use $(document).on("drag", "div", div_Drag) or $
("div").live("drag", div_Drag) it does not work in jQuery 1.7.1

as it can work in jQuery 1.6.x and jQuery 1.4.x.

Anyone can fix it ? Thanks very much.
