Drag and Drop doesnt work beyond viewport for abosulte elements

Hi,

Please find the attached example.

For absolute elements drag with scroll (using key down) doesn't select the scrolled div.
I have tried changing the proxy values (top and height) of drag it works but I want to know any other alternative approach.
Please find the screenshot of the issue after drag and scroll after that drop doesn't work.
