Problems with initial view

Hello all,

I'm just getting started with Three20 and I've run into an issue with
my initial view:

1) When the first view is loaded using "navigator openURLAction", the
navigation bar is not picking up the style that is defined in my
global style sheet.

2) If I use openURLAction again to push another item to the navigation
stack, the new view appears, but it is not animated.

3) When I click "back" to pop the second view off the stack, the
animation DOES happen properly, and the original view appears with the
correct styles applied.

Unfortunately, I discovered three20 after getting started with my
current project, so I'm trying to convert my code to work with it.
There is obviously something that I'm missing when it comes to loading
the initial view.

Any ideas?
