spreading affordable mortgage info

During the last month I have been pretty busy searching for new and
progressive ways to spread the word about affordable mortgage programs
that are currently available to new home buyers as well as home
owners. I was modestly sucessful, and may have done more if illness
didn't slow my progress; but I figured you guys may want to know what
was already done and track my progress on new objectives.
