If you have unanswered BGAs from last round, please double-check this
by logging into the system as some BGAs were answered late. If you
still have unaswered BGAs after that, please talk to the author in
question and not me. If your current BGAs depend on last round, maybe
the author can give you temp points for a later round.

wiki for me. I've cleaned them up, so you don't get them pasted here

tell you how to do what you want. If not, if the problem is
computer-related, like your browser has trouble rendering the database

process or some question about BGAs that isn't technical, email
