May Game Type Vote CLOSES TOMORROW 2010-12-16

Since we have to move fast on this so we can nail things down, please vote on this by midnight on Thursday 2010-12-16 (tomorrow). Once we have the indoor/outdoor thing nailed down, we'll have an OOC vote on where the May deployment will be, with hopefully with a less-quick deadline.

** VERY IMPORTANT NOTE: If we go with an outdoor site, the individual
game fee for that game will be more expensive than our now-lowered
rates. No, we don't know how much more expensive yet, so keep that in
mind, tho obviously we will try to keep it as cheap as possible.

May Game

We would like to know if you'd prefer the May 13-15 game should be an indoor game or an outdoor game. IMPORTANT NOTE: We're not determining WHERE it would be, just indoor or outdoor. Indoor or outdoor game for the May 13-15 game? * Remember, an outdoor game will be more expensive, and we're not determining actual location yet. The "No Preference / Depends" option is for when you have no strong preference or it depends on the actual location chosen for an outdoor game. Note that even if you have the tiniest preference, this is better than "No Preference / Depends".
