Hi everybody and thank you for joining this group!

My name is Roynan Steres and I am the Program Manager for Monterey
County's THP Plus. I started this group because every time I attend a
THP Plus event, whether it is the annual conference or activism
efforts at the state capitol, I find that I learn more from my fellow
THP Plus providers than anywhere else. I also have been asked
questions from other providers who are just starting their THP Plus
program and are looking for ideas and solutions to common problems.

I hope this can be a useful space for all of us to use each others
knowledge and experiences working with former foster youth so we can
make our programs the best that they can be.

I look forward to hearing what all of you have to say!
