Dr Saraph will be talking about IT strategies that have the potential to revolutionize eGovernance not just in our city, but the whole of India. Some of his accomplishments while in office include Pune's contributions to the Giki, and Design For Pune which won him mention in CIO Magazine's CIO 100 listing. Speaker Profile Anupam Saraph has served as advisor to CM of Goa, lectured at Lally School of Management and Technology at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and has been advisor to various international and national organizations including UNESCO, Lead International and the Asian Dialog Society. Today he holds the unique position of CIO of Pune, a post envisioned by our city for the first time in India.
