Gideon enjoys drawing, creative writing, and performance art outside of the typical ghost advice and activities. However, as a ghost, Gideon struggles to materialize his art into this world. Gideon would describe his art as "anxious and chaotic-looking."

Since Halloween, Gideon has been active on his Instagram, @ghostlygideon, posting prompts via Instagram Stories and giving advice that way. Gideon has been incorporating more art into his profile and is currently working on videos to add to his grid. He is preparing and thinking about ways to get back out there and in person.

Based on the EQD Ghost echo, here comes a reverb design that does not require DSP chips and SMD soldering. Build around a PT2399 Chip and a Belton Brick module all sounds between slight rooms and spooking ambient fit on this still beginner-friendly

While you can get subtle and lovely always-on sounds out of this little wonder, its main business are ambient sounds, volume swells, and haunting Room deflections with only three easy to dial Knobs. Definitely a ghost summoning device!

Before the break out of the FV-1 ICs, the Belton brick was, without doubt, the ultimate resource to build reverb pedals. In early 2010 we have seen many reverb pedals based on this technology (a Belton brick is basically a group of SMD PT2399 in chain) like Wampler Faux spring reverb, Culture Jam Box of hall, and more. Most of these reverbs aimed to replicate the spring reverb section of the traditional amp to give you that extra wetness on your tone, but EQD took a totally different approach to designing the Ghost Echo. As for sure, you are familiarized with EQD designs. These guys always give an outside-the-box perspective to each of their creations, and the Ghost Echo is not an exception. This pedal aims to be a standalone atmospheric machine to create dreamy and haunting textures instead of just emulating a spring reverb.

The key of this design is how the delay from the pt2399 mixes with the Belton brick. After the first Opamp, the signal splits into two dry and wet signals. The wet signal goes into the p2399 and connects with the Dwell pot as well. The modulated from the pt2399 hits the Belton brick, creating in this way this deep, dreamy atmospheric sound that transports us to an ethereal dimension!

Located a short drive from Maryville College lies Big Ridge State Park in Maynardville, Tennessee. Heavily forested, the 3,687-acre park is located in the Appalachian Ridge and Valley range, and possesses a beautiful lake with outstanding natural scenery. It is known for its family atmosphere and abundance of activities, including campsites, cabins and more than 15 miles of hiking trails.

Reportedly, some park visitors have heard the ghost dog panting and running in the woods. Mary, however, is not buried in the Norton cemetery since she likely died in the 1840s or 1850s, and the Norton cemetery is not that old. Another local legend has it that Maston wanders the woods, forlornly searching for something. Maston is the patriarch of the Hutcheson family and a feature player in many stories of these desolate woods.

Other tales about the cemetery state that in photographs of the cemetery, silhouettes of the occupants can be seen by their graves. There is even a Civil War soldier ghost tale that says some hikers have seen a soldier appear on the trail and then vanish as they approached. All of these seemed like fascinating claims to explore this Halloween season.

So, I set off on my hike with three others, wanting to make sure that if I did see anything along the way I would have witnesses. Our first stop was a little before the actual trail at the Norton Gristmill, built in 1825 and in operation until the 1930s. There is a story that a man hanged his daughter there because he believed her to be a witch. We did see some beautiful sunny views but, unfortunately, no ghosts.

There is an unmistakable sadness underlying the dreamy vibes much favoured by Houston's Velveteen Echo. The difficult-to-categorise four-piece featured on the seventh volume in our Alternative Melodies series last November, the band's debut EP, Submarine, having offered listeners a record of calming reveries imbued with a distinctly sombre tone; a melancholy daydream hinting more at an escape from the present than an excited look ahead to any potential future. A Lonely Ghost Burning caught up with songwriter, vocalist and guitarist Lauren Massa to talk process, the pros and cons of defying genre boundaries, her fondness for writing enigmatically, and some of the reasons why her work is on the sadder side of the spectrum.

Echo was created to be the good counterpart to PBBV but is now more on the neutral side. She has long arms which allow her to run at incredible speeds. She will occasionally chase players (Usually the ones who antagonize her) while playing the song "Run, Rabbit run!" by Flanagan and Allen. She will first point at the player before chasing them down. If caught, the player could be kicked or banned. Echo also sometimes plays a loud static sound that can be heard from anywhere in the lobby.

Echo was originally the persona of another player also called themselves Echo. (aka Echomist.) But after this player was harassed and doxxed they didn't come back to the game for months. After that, hackers and modders began to copy this player who seemingly went missing, turning Echo into a spooky legend. It is unclear if the original Echo will ever be coming back. Echo was named after a person who pbbv and AZIL were teaching her and when they asked her gender, she said female and they started being sexist, so she left, and they were always in her server, so she stopped playing.

Hello, I am a Gtag youtuber called CrosbyGT and this is my story of what happened. I was ghost hunting and went into code J3VU. When I entered there was someone trolling as J3VU. But, then Echo joined. She went to the leader board and pointed at someone's name then went down, went to the person and touched them. The person froze but didn't disappear. Echo then went to a fake Echo in that lobby and OBLITERATED them. At that point I was running to the stump trying to leave but when I got in stump, she was there, waiting for me. I screamed and pointed at her then she ran towards me and tried to ban me. I dodged it and left the code. IT WAS TERRIFYING. Video on my YouTube channel.

The Echo Lake Inn is a historic Inn and, as a result, many guests (young and old) often ask if there are any spirits in the Inn. Rumors swirl and many a tall tale has been told regarding these mysterious and elusive beings.

This, however, is the one true story of a ghost at the Inn as related to me by 5 different sets of people stretching over a period of 22 years. In the coming weeks I will give you the full and factual story as relayed to me concerning this ghost at the Echo Lake Inn.

My first awareness of this presence was on a Saturday night in January of 1998. There were four young people having dinner at table 8 and, as I normally do, I went over to their table and asked them if they were enjoying their dinner. They said they were having a wonderful dinner and it reminded them of the days when, they were children years ago, their dad owned the inn. It was fun to hear their stories, however, one story was different.

Echo seems to move a lot faster than most of the other ghosts. In some cases it plays the song "Run, Rabbit, Run!" by Flanagan & Allen. Echo's arms are abnormally large; If you see her, do not make her mad or she will chase you around and could ban you for a week. Some fan theories suggest that Echo was PBBV's ex-wife. However, no evidence supports this claim.

yup, sure do --- do you think they're causing some sort of signal-crossing? 'cause it sounds to me like the mastertrack is somehow dipping into the other tracks and just sampling at random from some other delays. thanks for the help, MattiMattMatt --!

the "master echo" and "master reverb" effects on each track don't actually apply an effect directly to that track, but bus that track out to the echo and reverb effects on the master track. So by moving the sliders on those effects on each track, you're telling GB to send audio from that track to the master track effect where it mingles with audio from other tracks that have also been sent there.

therefore, the first thing I'd do is to go back to each individual track and see where the sliders are. if one of those sliders is not at zero, you may be inadvertantly sending audio from that track to the master track effect.

By the way, don't know if this is something easily explained or not, but : if those "reverb" and "echo" sliders on individual tracks are merely buses to the master rev/echo, then how is it that we can so immediately hear those changes to the individual tracks? in other words, tweaking the reverb slider on an individual tracks really does seem to be a direct-correlation to that paritcular track, and not the master track as a whole; or maybe that's just a matter of aural "perspective" or my ears playing tricks on me....?

MMM : thanks so much for all the help. took me a bit longer to get back to the mixing than intended, but once there, i found things to be as you had described --- there were several tracks with an echo effect on them, and it sounds like they ended up kinda cross-pollinating each other, as if the echo from one track would get "picked up" by the echo on another track, to the effect of hearing parts of an entirely unrelated track suddenly emerge on another track (depending, of course, on where the volume 'dots' were placed).
