WHY use The BOX?

Last week a newer practice member asked 'Why did you choose to use that
'box-on-the-wall' fee system?'
We used to share our reasons for utilizing 'The Box' by giving a handout to
all new members. This was before we realized that when you hand most folks a
bunch of reading material all at once, a good part of it never gets read.
But it IS important that folks understand WHY? This week's THOT is now
framed and hung in the front lounge and it is also posted on our website.
