Mailboxes (ATTN: Fines will be assessed)

All,

We have several mailboxes that are in desperate need of rehabilitation.  Our covenants require that mailboxes be maintained well with periodic repainting and be of uniform look.  Please take a moment to assess your mailbox to see if it needs painting, missing numbers, numbers need painting or if numbers have been replaced with irregular ones.  

Our mailboxes come from Address of Distinction.  They recommend Sherwin Williams Black Satin paint.  Replacement numbers can be purchased online at  https://addressesofdistinction.com/product/two-inch-williamsburg-brass-numbers/.  

Please note that missing or worn out numbers on your mailbox is not only detracting from the appearance of your home,  it is also a safety hazard since first responders will have difficulty finding your address.

Please take care of your mailbox soon.  We will be sending out violation letters shortly.
