USPS Postal Mail

Does anybody having this issue wrong Mail coming to our Mail box or Mail not coming at all .
We address this issue to post office last week , they mention it will be solve but does not seems like ...
Any advice ...

Yes, we've had issues with the new mail carrier. Our mail arrives later than usual, doesn't pick up the mail sometimes and frequently doesn't bother to close the mailbox door or push the flag back. We mentioned this to a friend of ours who works for the post office and she said that it's best to speak directly to the postmaster of the post office.
