Results - Rental Restriction Survey

Thanks to everyone that responded to the survey.  

We have 47 responses but 3 of them were two people from same address, so we have 44 homes that responded. I have attached the spreadsheet with names taken out.

From the responses, 21 are opposed to restrictions, 17 are in favor and 6 are neutral.

So, it looks like a covenant amendment is unlikely to pass.  Please keep in mind that covenant amendments require positive consent of 2/3 of the home owners.

However, 21 respondents are in favor of increased enforcement of covenants and several comments also said the same thing. So, we will be looking to do that.  I will send out a separate e-mail outlining violations we are currently noticing and guidelines to correct them.  We will send out warnings followed by fines.
