I am just so happy about this show and excited for it all. (I am going to primarily use the Thora gmail account for correspondence.) We are all set--I met with Seth this morning and talked details. We are all set to do the show:
June 1st & 8th DCT @ 10:30PM
The time slot is not ideal, but we will make it work! I would LOVE your help planning for the show. Thora would close both weeks--we just need to think of acts to book. It should be about 4-5 acts/show. I don't want to hold the audience captive, so id shoot more for 4 acts + Thora. Other things to think about:
-Getting in touch with Howard Brown re: donations, etc.
-Contacting Press (iO will take care of press release but we still have to fill it out--ive included email from Baz below).
-Getting in touch with performers
-Poster for the show (I already have an idea for a giant picture of Jessica Lange...)
Let's start getting the ball rolling and get e-mails out to performers we are interested in! Lemme know what ya think.

I'll need you to fill out this form. We typically charge $5 for 10:30 shows, but since this is a charity show, you'll need to talk with Charna and Mike Click (mcl...@ioimprov.com) about financials.
As soon you get the form back to me, we'll start promotions. You'll also want to put together a press release, which we can send from our office if you like.
