Hey friends,

-- Drew boo, 8PM meet time works for me.  I think any earlier than that, and we'll be sitting around with nothing to do.

-- I think it's a good idea to go ahead and figure out the order for tonight.  Maybe send out a confirmation email and running order to all the performers to make sure everyone is on board.  I'd include a call time (10PM?) and a list of our cell phone numbers, in case they have any questions, concerns, etc.

-- I know we had hosting questions.  I say we all come out at the top to introduce the night, and then switch off with one of us introducing each act.  That should be simple enough.

-- Video to push next week's show.  Perfect.

Hmmmmm. Is that everything??  Who all is confirmed for tonight, and have you any strong thoughts on order?

Hi boys!

So yes let's meet at sbux tonight at 9pm! I've already sent reminder email to performers and told them to send their tech needs to our tech lady, Meghan, so that's taken care of :) 

We just have to talk RO and intros tonight. I think it's fine if we let them know RO at the show when they arrive for call at 10pm.
