I want to make drawing robotic arm with this design and ramps 1.4, any software suggestion?

Oou can use the Gcode plotter extension for inkscape.

You download the extension from the inkscape website. I assume you would convert your drawing/image in to a .dxf (i assume)

Then the extension would convert the drawing in to usable machine code. As for your machine there are dozens of options, you could use a GRBL type arduino set up, or something more
