Full release of CART Factor and the new Portimao track installed on the server

Not sure why, I posted about it yesterday, but it's not appeared, so
here again.

I'm not sure I set the new mod on the dedicated server correctly, but
it says it's running, so... if someone tries to join, please let us
know if it works OK.
