When I open Thonny with Windows NT I get the following error when starting: invalid literal for int() with base 10: " \x00\x00 \x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00"

Please read https://github.com/thonny/thonny/issues/1745 and try, whether deleting rpc.sock helps in your case as well.

... sorry, I meant ipc.sock. See the referenced issue about how to find the directory.
