Problem installing Pandas

Hello, I am a new python and Thonny user. I am trying to use pandas with python. Installation works fine. When trying to run I get: Process ended with exit code 3. Is this a Thonny problem?

Have you been using pip to install Pandas via your computer's shell, or via Thonny's own pip shell?
In my experience, the first will not work, while the second will.
