Need Help with pyautogui

Hi, I am currently running Thonny on Raspberry Pi 5. And I am trying to do GUI Automation with pyautogui. The code works but the problem is that the mouse will just get stuck inside the Thonny window （Ex. if I tell it to move to 0,0 It will move to 0,0 in the Thonny window, not the whole monitor screen.) How do you fix this problem? No matter what I do, it won't move out of the Thonny window, please help, Thank You So Much!!!
