Burning of garbage outside

Good evening neighbours,

For at least the last 2 Sundays, workers from interhealth clinic next door have been burning garbage next to the Thompson's wall where Block E is.

As a result, alot of smoke has been entering the houses which is an obvious hazard to the occupants. Secondly, I'm sure there must be rules as to how clinics dispose of waste so they are probably breaking 2 laws. Can I request management to please speak to the clinic tomorrow on this issue? I believe some neighbours will be going to the clinic as well to complain. This needs to be dealt with ASAP especially with kids around.

Finally, are neighbours willing ro share their numbers so that we can form a WhatsApp group? I am happy to set it up. I think communication would be much easier and we would be able to deal with issues promptly. Let me know.

3. Noise and disturbance around block A & B from ongoing construction 

4. Burning of garbage by neighbors, including Askaris in Royal Villas who throw garbage on our fence

Hi Matata,

I think it is fine for Heritage to attend to some of the issues. Of particular immediate interest to me is for Heritage to speak to the gardener that is burning garbage next to the wall where Block E is. All the smokes comes in to the apartments. I understand that it is not Interhealth clinic but rather the gardener of the villas at the end of the road where Interhealth is. Please deal and give a report back to us.

We confirm that we approached Interhealth today and they indicated it is not them that are burning the garbage next to the wall. They directed us to the caretaker of Masanduku Lane but again he does not work on Sundays. 

We tasked the guards at the entrance to correctly identify (we shall also speak to the gardener of the villas) so we can deal with it.
