This am addressing the concerns of block A. Standards of cleanliness seem to have gone down. The staircase area is dirty I do not know how often it is supposed to be cleaned, inside the lift also the floor most times is dirty, the walls around the stair case could do with some wiping or if possible painting. The kids have even drawn on the walls. The outside tap pipe at the back of block A was broken sometime back, the watchmen know by whom, can the person be forced to repair. We do not know what happened to the lift on Saturday/Sunday night, it needs to be attended to soonest please.
There is the issue of window cleaning on the outside and specially the flats on top, we cannot access the outside, the bedrooms in particular. Is it possible for the management to contract a company to clean once a month may be as these would have high {long} ladder to access the windows? Am sure this can be met in the sh5,000 we pay as service charge.
How far have you gotten with the issue of my car's back wiper? I think very few people are on this group media of communication and may be we need to be getting may be circulars or notices placed strategically for residence to see and be kept informed for some issues to be tackled collectively.
