Am addressing this to the Heritage Management

On Sunday as I went down to pick my car at parking lot in front of block A, I noticed red soil had been poured covering the rear window of KXB846 Toyota {My car} and as if that was not enough, the wiper blade had been removed.

I was very scared, I just wiped my car and went to church. On coming back I asked the askaris and no one had any idea of what might have happened. I remember many children had been playing there the previous evening running up and down.  I asked the ones I met but non admitted liability.

Today the same thing nearly happened to my husband's pajero which had been parked next to where I park mine.  Erastus knows the story.  Now we understand this was done by a young boy aged about 5 years old of E13.

Before a bigger damage is done to anyone's vehicle can the management please take this issue with the occupant of E13.  Has any of the residents experienced this?
