You sent your guys to check on possible leakage to our apartment

A15, and as reported verbally everything was ok with the cisterns, and the tank ball valve.

Now we await the report on the meter and/or any other areas because we are convinced that water bill of sh4560 for one month is rather too much.  My husband arrives back on Sunday and he will certainly pick it up with you.
