Is there a forum for residents in Thompson 1 Apartments that enables us to discuss the following issues:

1. Welfare - voluntary support to fellow residents in need (like sickness)

2. Information sharing on issues: updates, incidents, etc

3. Raising concerns on the state of affairs in Thompson 1: security, state of cleanliness, repairs, etc

Can we create one to meet quarterly? Probably 1st Saturday/Sunday of the quarter, with a team nominated to oversee a defined mandate and work with the estate manager to report to residents

Your thoughts?
