We understand that there is a mad man who is living in apt B1 who tried to attack my son who was walking in a few minutes ago 9pm this evening.

Can the owner get this fellow out of this apartment as he is a security risk to our children before things get out of hand. Apparently the askaris know about the case and that the police say they cannot interfere. Is anyone in thompson apt aware of this?

We cannot entertain mad cases in our compound this must be addressed urgently please.
