Dear Mutuku,

Thank you for the invite. My sincere apologies I cannot make for the meeting due to a conflicting engagement at the proposed time that I cannot wiggle out of. Never the less, I shall follow the proceedings virtually. I wish you fruitful deliberations.

Best regards,
steve

Good Morning Heritage,

Do you have any indication of service charge collections over the last few weeks after water was shut for those who haven't paid.

Also have any of Patrick recommendations been introduced?

Regards

Robert

Dear Robert,

Service charge Collections from the time we disconnected totaled to 264,000.00.

The payment paid electricity deposit 115,000 for KPLC and Nairobi water 140,000.00 for the bill of October. We are still not out of the woods yet and request that all Landlords who have outstanding arrears to kindly settle their service charge.

The meter separation is a work in progress as we have received quotation for the separation. The request to KPLC for the lower tariff will be put in once the meters have been separated. These will be shared with the committee once done for their input.

The new billing structure for Thompson 2 will be communicated to the developer (who handles and makes the water payment) for his information and guidance. This letter will be shared with the committee for approval prior to dispatch.

Interrogation of the utility bills will be done as and when they are received

Common area taps have been locked to minimize wastage and mis-use of water for car washing or residents using this when they have been disconnected.

During the holidays, the demand for the swimming pool is higher than normal and has necessitated cleaning of the pool every day leading to the pump running every day from morning to evening. The timings of this is being looked into to see where cuts can be made without compromising the cleanliness of the pool.

l trust that the above meets with your approval
