Please advice on the progress of the revolutionary interest for Thompson Apartments. 

I am not sure who is responsible for this exercise - the lawyers (BMA), the management company (Heritage) or the directors of Thompson Appartment Management Ltd.

Dear All,
Apologies for the late reply.
My understanding is that the property (Thompson Appartments) is transfered to the holding company (Thompson Appartments Management Ltd) of which all the apartment owners own shares in the limited liability company.

However, the developers laywers, BMA  (who have been copied all along in the emails) will be able to shed more light on this issue. In addition, the management company would also be able to shed more light.
