Thank you for your email, Mr. Orgut. I agree, with your sentiments. Something has got to change.

Mr. Samson Wasao and others are diligently trying to get a new management company, Heritage Company, to take over the process in the handover. They only need a small percent of the owners to agree. 

We have to act quickly and decidedly. For the sake of our investments and to those living on the property.

This arrangement does not have to be permanent. We can have them assist and give them a year to clean things up. If we like what they are doing, we can have them on permanently. 

Attached is the Notice of the shareholder's meeting. Samson would like us to meet as OWNERS and give Heritage the mandate. 

WHO IS WITH US?

Samson, do we have to give our OK in person or can those abroad or away give their consent in another way?

Please also find attached the Plan of action.

WE NEED THE OWNERS TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EXERCISE.

Hi all, have we made any progress in the transfer of the property from the developer to ourselves? I have been trying to get a tenant to my flat A13 with a lot difficulty as it seems our estate is no longer popular for various reasons.
I had read somewhere that we needed to get this out of the way so we administer the service charge ourselves coz the developer continues to draw it but does nothing to maintain the property resulting in facilities gradually deteriorating. Has any meeting been called and is there a committee pursuing this matter at the moment?
