As everyone has noticed, you can pretty much buy every television show on DVD nowadays. What television series and miniseries are actually worth getting? Well, there is no specific way of knowing unless you've actually seen some or all of a series. If it interests you and you know you'd watch it again... then buy it. Remember, only buy something if you know you'll watch it again in the future. The future is a long span of time. Just don't let yourself spend money on something that will act as a bookend or space filler.

We've all seen my list of favorite movies. Here's my list of TV shows on DVD that I'd buy and recommend to other people.
