Fillable PDF as Template

Hello,

Does Thin Reports support importing fillable PDFs as templates? It would be a great feature to be able to import a PDF to the editor, read the existing fillable fields and their names, and then be able to tweak or customize before exporting for use with the Thin Reports generator.

Any tips on making something like this work currently?
