TS Delayed Delta very slow, seems to be doing a full reindex.

We're having this issue with TS Delta where the delayed job worker seems to be stuck/idle even though there are hundreds of jobs in the queue. Looking at the logs, it seems like the worker is doing a full-reindex on its own, which takes about 10 minutes. If this is really the case, then why is the worker doing a full reindex? Is there a way we can circumvent this and speed up delayed delta indexing?

What versions of Thinking Sphinx and ts-delayed-delta are you using? And when there's plenty of jobs queued up and one's taking forever, what's the payload of the queued jobs? And of the locked job that's being processed? In particular for the payloads, what are the indices they have stored for processing?
